The way we breathe underpins every aspect of our lives, from the way we move, think, feel, digest our food, sleep and even how we look. When one understands the principles of effective breathing and movement, one begins to take real ownership of not only their health, but the shape of their lives.
BREATHING 4 BATTLE is an integration of functional breathing techniques, dynamic movement and focus & relaxation practices, designed to help people from all walks of life enhance their ability to function in the world.

Coffee, travel, Jiu Jitsu...
Hadrian got his start in professional wrestling in 2001, earning several prestigious accolades including the FWA All England and Heavyweight titles, and the IWA Tag Team titles, before moving to the U.S. under a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
In 2009, Hadrian found himself in Los Angeles where he took up Gracie Jiu Jitsu, utilising the martial tenets of the warrior's way to compete successfully in both Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts competition.
His interest in breathing practices grew in line with his martial practice, when he was exposed to the power of the breath as a means to enhance his Jiu Jitsu. However, he was soon to learn that harnessing the breath not only deepened his physicality, but his understanding of himself, the world and his place in it.
Currently Hadrian lives in South West London, where he teaches Jiu Jitsu. He is a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, a YMCA qualified fitness instructor, and a certified Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor. His students run the spectrum from single mothers to professional MMA fighters.
Outside of teaching, Hadrian spends his time drinking strong coffee, writing fiction, and listening to 90's era tunes...
